Vroutsas dam in Karpathos

The Vroutsas dam will be regulated along with the Schinas dam. The total project is part of the general water resources management project for the island of Karpathos, and also operates as a flood protection scheme.
The works include:
- Vroutsas dam is a rockfill dam with an impervious clay core.
- Height 21m. Crest length 272m. Crest width 7m.
- Total dam volume 246.000m3
- Total net reservoir volume 256.000m3
- Maximum reservoir water surface 68.000m2

Design of an RCC dam and related structures for the Porto Carras resort in Halkidiki

The project includes the dam, spillway and energy dissipation, water intakes and road access.
The dam and reservoir lies within the private Porto-Carras areas. The main structures are:
- a lean RCC dam with a height of 32m and volume ~40.000 m3
- a spillway with capacity 330m3/s
- a 4 level water intake structure
The reservoir has total capacity ~1.000.000m3

Technical Consultant for the preparation of a water supply masterplan for the island of Lesvos

A set of necessary works are suggested, along with water conservation and environmental objective target measures.
A full exploration of possible solutions is carried out in the Water Resources Management study, including hydrological and resources modeling.
The works proposed include
    o Dam 56m high, earthfill
    o Dam 32m high, earthfill or RCC
    o Water treatment Works (major) for 100.000 EP
    o Water treatment Works (secondary) for 40.000 EP

Water mains from Gadouras dam to the city of Rhodes

The future water needs of Rhodes will be covered by Gadouras dam and reservoir. This project covers the final design stage of all the water mains and other structures necessary, from the reservoir to the regulating tanks of the water supply network of the city of Rhodes.
The works included:
- Construction of a steel pipeline of diameters varying from Ø1300 to Ø800, with a total length of 50km, including an 800m tunnel
- Construction of a maintenance access road

Design of the water supply extension of the Gadouras dam pipelines

The project involves the extension of the existing pipeline to a wider area, covering potable water needs around the island, substituting weak underground resources.
The pipeline design extends to a total of 130km and includes numerous related infrastructure such as control tanks and devices and pumping stations.

Design of the water supply extension of the Aposelemis dam pipelines to Agios Nikolaos

The project involves the construction of a 90Km long external pipeline from the Aposelemis Dam water treatment plant to Agios Nikolaos, covering potable water needs to various settlements along the aquedact. The pipelines include numerous related infrastructure such as control tanks and devices and pumping stations.

Design of water supply works (pipelines-treatment plant) for Athens

Designed works include:
    o A main 6.25Km long external pipeline with diameter 1700mm and 5.5 m3/sec flow rate.
    o Capacity audit of the 13Km long Mpogiatiou water tunnel (constructed in 1930) for flow rate Q=10.0 m3/sec. Design of:
       ▫ Water works for the connection of Mpogiatiou water tunnel with the grit removal tank
       ▫ The grit removal tank
       ▫ Power plant station including a water energy production turbine and a D1700mm pipe.

Karla natural lake refill

The project mainly consists of a water resources management study. The Karla basin (1,000km2) with its current status and use of surface and underground resources is evaluated.
Part of the current use is pumping of subsurface water for the supply of the greater Volos area, the largest nearby city with a projected future population of 150,000.
- In this study the water budget was examined, taking into consideration all surface and underground resources, along with the river Pinios flows

Design of the Smokovo irrigation network

Designed works include:
- A main water intake steelpipe is 2500mm, combined with a hydroeletric power generation plant.
- Three main delivery pipelines are provided with diameters of 1600, 1400 and 1200mm. Material proposed is steel. Total length of the main pipelines is 47km.
- The pipeline design includes all main pipelines.
- The network also incorporates numerous regulating devices and management installations, in order to ensure optimal operation.
- The area covered is 25.200 ha (252 km2).

Final stormwater network study of the Community of Anixi

The area belongs to the Community of Anixi and is situated at the upstream part of the Northern Suburbs of the Attika basin. The project includes the construction of a stormwater network and rehabilitation/maintenance of existing pipes.
The project design takes into account the environmental protection restrictions of the surrounding area.
The works include:
- The network length is 4,3 km
- The main technical works are circular pipes Φ400 - Φ1400 and maintainance, junction, drop manholes.
